Romtos operates a hybrid business model. We plan to generate revenue through the sale of educational courses and subscriptions to additional professional services. Romtos includes the use of an internal token system (resembling a gaming mechanic) called "Work Miles\Labor Relations Miles," which facilitates interactions between freelancers and clients. Tokens are used for the completion of tasks and subtasks, each governed by a smart contract that outlines the terms, deadlines, performance criteria, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

The discount is applied when determining each investor’s fair share based on the amount invested in the Romtos project.
How it works:
Investors contribute funds through a SAFE agreement, and the project grows and develops. When we are ready to raise a larger investment round to scale the project—such as after the launch, during Series "A" funding—the company will be valued, establishing a "Valuation Cap." Based on the lowest valuation, each investor’s share under the SAFE agreement will be calculated, taking into account the specific discount applied to the invested amount.
For example: If the Valuation Cap is $7.5 million and an investor contributed $100,000, their share will be 1.3%. The formula is: Investment Amount / Valuation Cap * 100 = Percentage Share of the Company.

Our competitive advantages include the integration of online education and freelance services based on Web3 technology with the use of AI. • Another major risk is competitive pressure. To address this, the platform includes features that motivate participants to promote and grow their profiles, and we will reward this by reimbursing a large portion of the costs when the referred audience achieves conversions based on CPA (Cost Per Action) calculations.
• One additional risk is technological failures or hacks, such as smart contract breaches. To mitigate this, we will conduct regular testing and internal and external audits.

The token will be used as an internal gaming currency on the platform, allowing freelancers to place bids on projects and receive rewards for completed tasks.
